You were created beautifully and with immense potential. And no matter what your dreams are, you don’t have to wait for the perfect timing, more money, or extra time to start living fully.

And that’s where I come in: as your life coach, I’ll help you make aligned, empowered shifts today, so you can become the person you’re meant to be.Why "Firelight Coaching"?There are two reasons behind the name:Because there’s already a fire inside you.
Even if it’s just a tiny spark, you wouldn’t be here if it weren’t. My role is to help you nurture that spark and grow it into a steady, strong flame. A fire that fuels your joy, purpose, and confidence right now, not 20 years from now.Because firelight symbolizes connection.
Picture a quiet night around a campfire. It’s peaceful. Safe. Honest. Sometimes you sit in silence and listen to your thoughts. Sometimes there’s laughter, storytelling, or those deep, unexpected conversations that make you feel truly seen.
That’s the environment I want to create for our coaching sessions: grounded, safe, joyful, and real.A Little About MeTo help us connect even more, here’s a peek into my world:I’m a wife and a mom to the two most fun, opinionated, and adorable kids (okay, I may be biased).Nature is my sanctuary. Hiking, camping, yoga in the trees, cold river swims, yes, please. Being outside keeps me grounded and joyful.I’ve always been on a journey of self discovery. Even before Firelight Coaching, I was exploring what it means to live intentionally through journaling, sharing online, talking to friends, and reflecting often.I love to feel good and create beauty. Think cozy, Pinterest-worthy spaces, put-together outfits, and intentional living. That’s my happy place.I'm a certified life coach, trained and passionate about lifelong learning. I also have an associate degree from BYU-Idaho and a background in social media marketing.I’m a people person. I host dinners, love a good card or board game, and am always up for spontaneous adventures and fun conversations.
